How our trade window service works

Order your windows for trade

To make a window order for trade, we require your company or builders’ details alongside a full description of the window. Order acknowledgements are provided for your review.

Make your purchase

To make a purchase, you’ll be directed to a dedicated account manager where a purchase order number or reference will be required. A contract or purchase order is raised for your review.

No accounts are being offered at present. All orders require a 75% deposit at the time of ordering.

Returns and order issues

We accept returns if your window has been supplied with a fault. Any faulty products or parts will be resupplied at Osborn Glass’s own cost – refer to our Terms & Conditions for more. Any faulty goods must be reported to the account manager or the main office within 24 hours of receipt.

If you change your mind and there isn’t a fault, we cannot accept returns since the windows are made to bespoke specifications and won’t be suitable for use elsewhere.
