We offer a variety of retail door suppliers for your trade needs. We collaborate with some of the industry’s highest quality door manufacturers, including John Fredericks, Roseview, Smart, Sollex, and others.

How our trade door service works
Order your doors for trade
To place a trade door order, we’ll need your company or builder’s information as well as a detailed description of the door. For your evaluation, order acknowledgements are provided.
Make your purchase
To make a purchase, you’ll be directed to a dedicated account manager where a purchase order number or reference will be required. A contract or purchase order is raised for your review.
No accounts are being offered at present. All orders require a 75% deposit at the time of ordering.
Return policy
We accept returns if your window has been supplied with a fault. Any faulty products or parts will be resupplied at Osborn Glass’s own cost – refer to our Terms & Conditions for more. Any faulty goods must be reported to the account manager or the main office within 24 hours of receipt.
We cannot accept returns if you change your mind and there isn’t a defect since the doors are created to unique standards and won’t be acceptable for use elsewhere.
