Who can benefit from our trade window services?

In short, all tradespeople and contractors. Whether you’re a one person band looking to get great trade prices or you’re a contractor with multiple projects on the go, we can cater for all. Once we understand your budget and needs, we can then direct you to a suitable product.

What products do we have on offer? 

We work with the best window suppliers in the industry, including John Fredericks, Roseview, Smart, Sollex and more. Offering a range of materials and styles including: 

• Aluminium – Thin and robust, best for light and airy interiors. 
• UPVC – All in a wide range of handle and frame colours. All energy A-rated windows with high security locking mechanisms as standard, hinge protection, steel-reinforced outer frames and sashes.
• Timber – These windows are particularly suited to areas of conservation. There are a choice of frames available that use different grades of timber, including Accoya, Sapele, European oak and European redwood. 
• Sash – All materials are sourced from the best UK manufacturers and they are available in UPVC, Timber or Aluminium. 

How does our trade window service work?

Make your order

To make an order with us we need your builders or company’s details along with a full description of the window. We then provide you with an order acknowledgement for you to review. 

Make your purchase

Once you’re ready to buy, you’ll be directed to a dedicated account manager where a purchase order or contract is raised for your review. At present no trade accounts are available and all orders require a 75% deposit at the time of ordering.

Returns and order issues

Should you have any problems with your order (we hope not) we accept returns if your window has been supplied with a fault. Any faulty products or parts will be resupplied at Osborn Window’s own cost – refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information. Please be aware that any faulty goods must be reported to the main office or account manager within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, if there is no fault and you just change your mind we cannot accept returns as the windows are made to order.

What service area do you cover? 

We are based on South Norwood high street, London, SE25 6HA. We cover all of London and the surrounding areas, take a look at our extensive service area. We can work nationally for larger projects, just get in touch with our sales team on 020 8683 8406 if this is something you are interested in. 

Can I get a trade discount?
